I'm 24 and currently being treated for lymph node TB. Recently, I've been having some trouble with chest pain on my left side for about 5 months now. I'm not sure if it's because of my TB medications or maybe it's just anxiety. There's also some shortness of breath I'm dealing with. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I'm dealing with cough syncope and it's happening to me every single day. I can't seem to find any doctors or treatments for this issue, and it's really concerning me. How can I get help for this condition?

Cough syncope occurs when intense coughing temporarily reduces blood flow to the brain, causing fainting. To manage this, focus on controlling your cough with prescribed medications (like bronchodilators or anti-tussives) and avoid triggers. Consult a pulmonologist or neurologist to rule out underlying conditions like asthma, COPD, or arrhythmias.
