I'm 24 and currently being treated for lymph node TB. Recently, I've been having some trouble with chest pain on my left side for about 5 months now. I'm not sure if it's because of my TB medications or maybe it's just anxiety. There's also some shortness of breath I'm dealing with. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

View allI'm really concerned about COPD and was wondering if you could explain it to me. Is it something that can be managed with the right medication, or is it an irreversible condition? Also, are there any lifestyle changes I should consider to help manage COPD? I've heard there might be lab tests available to diagnose itcould you let me know if that's true? And, just curious, is there any connection between high blood pressure and COPD? Looking forward to your advice.
Copd is not curable but proper medication and life style changes can help manage her symptoms, slow disease progression, and improve quality of life

My brother's CT scan shows a COVID pneumonia severity score of 18 out of 25, and it's marked as CORADS 5. He's been on several medications since May 3, 2021, including Nintena 100, Happi D, Wysolone 20, and some antibiotics like Microcef O and Sazidox. Prednisolone seems to be a part of it too, and I'm worried about the combination and if we're missing anything. Could you help me understand if all these meds are right for his condition and if there's anything else we should be doing for him?
Yes ,continue same treatment.
