I'm having some trouble with breathing and sometimes I feel like I'm choking when I eat or drink. It's really uncomfortable and sometimes even painful. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

View allI'm really worried because my SGPT level is 137. I need to get it down in the next 6 days. I've never smoked or drank alcohol, and I've never had jaundice before. What could be causing this, and what can I do to lower it quickly?
To lower your SGPT level within 6 days, you can start by taking Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) with a healthcare provider's guidance. Additionally, you can take Silymarin (Milk Thistle). It is also important to follow a low-fat diet, avoid processed foods, and drink plenty of water to help improve your liver function.

So, I've somehow managed to swallow a stapler pin and I'm not sure what to do right now. The tricky part is I've got an exam tomorrow. I'm really tornshould I head to the hospital immediately, or can it wait until after my exam? Any advice on what I should prioritize here?
-It's important to seek medical attention immediately after swallowing a stapler pin, as it could cause injury or blockages. Your health should be the priority, so it's best to go to the hospital right away and reschedule your exam if needed.
