I've had an ACL injury for the past 2 years and I'm wondering if sports injury surgery can be done without using screws what are my options and how effective are they

Yes, it's possible to manage ACL injuries without surgery, particularly for those who are less active or who don't want to return to high-impact sports. If surgery is necessary, there are minimally invasive techniques that may avoid using screws, such as suture-based repairs or allograft techniques.

I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus surgery 5 days ago where they took a graft from my ankle. Why is my ankle tingling and why does it hurt when I move my leg? How long until I can walk without any support?

I hurt my knee in a bike accident 3 weeks ago and the x-ray showed a tibial spine fracture with the ACL displaced by about 3mm. I've been wearing a knee brace since then but still can't walk freely stairs are painful and I can't straighten my knee all the way. How long until this heals and do I need surgery?
