During pregnancy, thyroid was detected. I was taking 25 mg tablets as prescribed by my gynecologist during pregnancy. Now my son is 2 years old, and a blood test was done 3 days ago. The test was Free TSH, Free T3, and Free T4. T3 and T4 are within range, but TSH is raised to 7.25. What should I do? The blood report is attached here. Please guide.

Over the last few months, I have noticed that my periods end on the second day, with no flow on the third day and only light spotting on the fourth day. I am suffering from alopecia areata with hair loss from the scalp, stomach, chest, legs, pubic region, and beard. My doctor prescribed Minoxidil 10 percent and told me this is due to stress. My husband got his blood test in November 2017 and was detected with thyroid issues, but he was not taking any medicines prescribed by the doctor as he was very sure that it was normal and he could control his TSH level. Recently, when he got his blood test report again after feeling fatigue and loss of appetite, the report showed that his TSH level is 8.2. My prospective partner, age 41, says he has hypothyroidism and will be taking medicine lifelong. He is currently on Thyronorm 25 mg. He says it is genetic with half his family having the condition. A test report shows T3 and T4 within range, but TSH was 5.62 with a normal range of 0.35 to 5.5. The latest report from January shows T3 110 ng/dl, T4 9.2 g/dl, and TSH 3.68 IU/ml, all within normal range. The comments suggest that Thyronorm should be continued.
